This is a cam-action window sash lock with a heavy-duty diecast metal construction and comes in a bronze finish. Typically these are used on a variety of wood double-hung windows. The mounting holes are 2 in. on center. All necessary mounting hardware, and keeper are included for a quicka nd esay installation of a new sash lock or the replacement of a worn or broken one.
